You may use dropcheapshipping.com for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it to transmit anything harmful. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.
We try to describe and picture every product as accurately as we can. Because several items are hand-finished, slight variation in colour, grain or glaze is normal and is not a defect. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time, but a change won't affect an order we've already accepted. If we discover an obvious pricing error after you order, we'll contact you before charging you and let you choose whether to continue.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send a confirmation and dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud — and if we do, we'll refund any payment in full. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor; we never see or store your full card details.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Any customs duties or import taxes charged at your border are your responsibility. Full shipping details are on our About page.
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they're in usable condition. A prepaid return label is included with every order. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within five business days of us receiving the return. Made-to-order or personalised items, and anything returned damaged through misuse, may not be eligible. This policy is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Our products carry a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty covers repair or replacement at our discretion and does not cover ordinary wear, accidental damage or misuse. To make a claim, contact support@dropcheapshipping.com.
All content on this site — text, illustrations, logos and layout — belongs to Dropcheapshipping or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not reproduce it for commercial use without our written permission.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Dropcheapshipping is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We use minimal local storage to remember your theme preference and the contents of your cart between visits. We don't use third-party advertising trackers. For more, see our Cookie Notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the "last updated" date shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
