Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026. This policy explains what Dropcheapshipping collects, why, and the choices you have.

Dropcheapshipping respects your privacy and collects only what we need to run the shop well. This policy describes the personal information we handle when you visit dropcheapshipping.com or place an order.

1. What we collect

• Order details — your name, shipping address, email and the items you buy, so we can fulfil and support your order.
• Payment information — handled directly by our payment processor. We receive a confirmation and the last digits of your card, never the full number.
• Messages — anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
• Basic technical data — your browser type and general region, gathered through standard server logs to keep the site secure and working.

2. How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver orders, provide support, handle returns and warranty claims, prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — send occasional updates about new products. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

3. Cookies and local storage

This site uses your browser's local storage rather than tracking cookies. Specifically, we store your theme preference (light or dark) and the contents of your shopping cart so they're still there when you come back. This data stays on your device and is not sent to advertising networks. You can clear it any time through your browser settings; doing so simply empties your cart and resets the theme.

4. Sharing

We share information only with the service providers who help us operate — for example a payment processor and a delivery carrier — and only the minimum they need to do their job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We never share your details for someone else's marketing.

5. Data retention

We keep order records for as long as we need them to meet tax and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymise them. Marketing contacts are kept only until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in every message. To make a request, email privacy@dropcheapshipping.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe and to limit who can access it.

8. Children

This site is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children, and if you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and revise the "last updated" date above.
