The Drop is a small kitchen scale that does the two things a coffee scale needs to do, and does them precisely: it weighs to a tenth of a gram and it times your pour. A built-in timer sits right beside the weight readout, so you can hit a ratio and a contact time without juggling a phone.
The platform is sealed silicone, so spills wipe away and nothing creeps into the electronics. It's flat and compact enough to sit under a dripper or a small French press, and the surface is large enough to balance a dinner plate when you're portioning in the kitchen. Auto-off keeps it from draining the battery, and a quick tare button is always within thumb's reach.
