A clean, paper-free pour-over with a reusable steel filter and a warm wooden collar — bright cups, zero waste.
The Helio is a deceptively simple brewer. A cone of clear borosilicate glass sits on a turned wooden collar, and a fine stainless mesh filter does the work that paper usually does — only you never run out, and the cup keeps more of the coffee's natural oils for a fuller body.
Brewing is forgiving: a medium grind, a 1:16 ratio and a slow spiral pour will get you a clean, balanced cup in about three minutes. Because the filter is reusable, there's nothing to buy again and nothing to throw away. When you're done, the whole thing rinses clean and the collar pops off for the occasional deeper wash.
It looks at home on a kitchen counter or a camp table, and the glass is thick enough to live a real life rather than a careful one. If you're moving away from pods or single-use filters, this is an easy, satisfying place to start.

Replaced my paper-filter setup and I am not going back. The cup tastes rounder and there is zero waste. Cleaning takes ten seconds.
Beautiful object that actually performs. The collar feels solid and the glass is heavier than I expected in the best way.
Great brewer. The mesh lets a little fine sediment through if you grind too small — dial it coarser and it is perfect.
