These 12-ounce mugs are thrown to a comfortable, slightly heavy weight and finished with a soft reactive glaze, so no two are exactly alike. The walls are thick enough to hold heat through a long morning, and the rim is rolled smooth for an easy drink.
The handle is sized for a full grip — three fingers, not a pinch — which makes them as good for a generous pour of coffee as they are for tea or cocoa. The unglazed foot is sanded so it won't scratch a table, and everything is safe for the dishwasher and microwave.
Sold as a set of two so you always have one for a guest. Because the glaze pools and breaks differently on every piece, expect gentle variation in tone — it's a feature of how they're made, not a flaw.
